Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source   The Department of Veterans Affairs, Montrose Campus VAMC, NY, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to GREENFIELDS OUTDOOR FITNESS, INC. under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.002 to GREENFIELDS OUTDOOR FITNESS, INC., located at 2617 W Woodland Dr, KS Anaheim, CA 92801-2627 for the Outdoor Fitness Equipment.

This is a follow-on requirement to purchase Outdoor Fitness Equipment with Installation and maintain uniformity between the brand and layout of the outdoor fitness centers due to the extensive installation instructions and guidelines. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339920 Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing. It has been determined that through initial Market Research, only 1 (one) responsible source can provide the required Outdoor Fitness Equipment.

The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price single award Delivery Order against GREENFIELDS OUTDOOR FITNESS, INC., GS-03F-086GA. The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested and capable sources who submit capabilities in support of this requirement are responsible for appropriately marking information if it s proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.

Due to the urgency of the need, this requirement will be sole sourced.  Any capabilities received in response to this notice shall be considered for future requirements. No requests for capability briefings or telephonic inquiries will be honored. The Government intends to execute this award on or about 30 May 2025. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Montrose Campus VAMC, intends to make a sole award to:
