Requirement: The Brooklyn Engineering Service is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all Air Handling units throughout the facility. The AHU (Air Handling Unit) filter's primary purpose is to clean the air circulating through the HVAC system by trapping dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and other airborne particles, ensuring cleaner air quality within the building while also protecting the HVAC system itself from potential damage by filtering out contaminants before they enter the unit; essentially acting as a vital component for maintaining good indoor air quality.
