Period of performance: 4/1/2025-3/31/2026 Basic description of the requirement: Donald C. Miller & Associates, Inc. dba a DM & A, is the only vendor capable of performing Consultation Services to transition a Government Hospital from a reheat and deliver meal delivery model to a Hospital Room Service Meal Delivery Program. This service includes; concept design, planning , implementation, utilization of optimal usage of Computrition nutrition software and training services to transition to this model.

However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by March 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent.
