The Hudson Valley Healthcare System (HVHCS) requires an annual service contract to provide operation, maintenance, repair and testing of the Water Treatment Plant and the Wastewater Treatment Plant at the Castle Point Campus and the Wastewater Treatment Plant at the Montrose Campus.
