MOVING SERVICES Request for Information

Brief Description: The Contractor shall perform all services required to relocate the space property from the present location(s), transport it to the designated places at the new locations, and place it pursuant to the instructions of the VANJHCS Ordering Official or VANJHCS specified point of contact(s).

These services shall include packing all contents of various spaces; padding and/or crating required for the safe transportation of the property; disassembly and/or reassembly, and unplugging of the property when necessary; picking up and loading of the property at its origin(s); uncrating as required; placing the property in the destination(s) as specified by the VANJHCS Ordering Official and agency Monitors; removal of padding and crating materials from the premises of the VA; and any other services that would normally be included in a complete moving service.
