Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a contract with Allentown, LLC located at 165 Route 526, Allentown, NJ 08501 under the authority of FAR 13.1061(b)(1)-Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

The associated NAICS code for this is 332999 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The objective of this sole source award is for a firm fixed price contract for the purchase of 2 (two) Phantom2 Animal Transfer Stations in support for the Research Department of the VA Western New York Healthcare System in Buffalo, New York located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, New York 14215. Allentown, LLC. is the only known authorized supplier and servicing agent for Phantom2 Animal Transfer Stations.

No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.

Interested vendors that can meet this requirement, should identify their interest and capability, and respond to this notice by 4:00 PM EST on August 23, 2024. Interested vendors must send a capability statement, no more than one page in length; to include Company Name, UEI Number, Socioeconomic Category, brief description of your business entities capability to provide these items. All information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be sent via email to the Contracting Officer.

Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
