Page 2 of 2 Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 (NCO 2), intends to solicit quotes from contractors for: Solid Waste Pickup Services for the Syracuse VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at: VAMC Syracuse 800 Irving Ave Syraucse, NY 13210 The VA anticipates posting an Unrestricted RFQ for this requirement to beta.SAM.gov on or about: 8-2-2024.

Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://www.beta.sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
