Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Purchase of Methadone Dispensing Software/System for Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Clinic

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a contract with Netalytics, LLC located at 52 Bobo Street, Greer, SC 29650 under the authority of FAR 13.1061(b)(1)-Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The associated NAICS code for this is 541519 with a size standard of $34.0 Million.

The objective of this sole source award is for a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four option years (July 01, 2024 through June 30, 2029) for the purchase of Methadone dispensing software/system, peripherals and support for the VA New Jersey Health Care System ( East Orange Campus) Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Clinic located at 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ 07018. Netalytics, LLC. is the only known authorized supplier and servicing agent for Methasoft TMS Software, support and accessories. Description of equipment requirements: The requirement is for one (1) Methadone dispensing system and associated software; that includes the following parts:

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.

Interested vendors that can meet this requirement, should identify their interest and capability, and respond to this notice by 4:00 PM EST on May 14, 2024. Interested vendors must send a capability statement, no more than one page in length; to include Company Name, UEI Number, Socioeconomic Category, brief description of your business entities capability to provide these items. All information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be sent via email to the Contracting Officer.

Simply responding as an interested party does not constitute your company as a source. Offeror must provide the above requested information. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
