Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to award a firm fixed price contract to provide CyberFEDS subscription services. Period of performance: 06/01/2024 to 05/31/2025 with the provision of (2) Option years.

Basic description of the requirement: The Office of Human Resources and Administration (HR&A) has a requirement for its HR practitioners who work in the areas of Labor Management Relations (LMR), Human Resources Management (OHRM), Resolution Management (ORM), Management Planning and Analysis (MP&A), Office of Employment Discrimination and Complaint Adjudication (OEDCA), and Corporate Senior Executive Management Office (CSEMO) to use CyberFEDS to provide its personnel with up-to-date, comprehensive information and analysis of recent changes to law and regulations, and critical administrative and judicial decisions impacting key areas of federal human resource disciplines to include employee relations, labor relations, workers compensation, personnel law, employee discipline, resolution management, federal hiring regulations, and legislative case research. HR&A also has a requirement for online reference materials which are only available through CyberFEDS.
