NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Officer 2 (NCO2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to Draeger, Inc., 3135 Quarry Rd., Telford, PA 18969 for Drager Apollo training for the Syracuse VA Medical Center located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210. NAICS code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training and the service code is U009 Education/ Training - General with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 million.

THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
