PROCUREMENT TITLE: BD Pyxis, BD Logistics, and BD IV Prep systems INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 1), VAMC Providence RI, 830 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, RI 02908-4734, intends to award one (1) Contract to Carefusion Solutions LLC, for Services for the BD Pyxis, BD Logistics, and BD IV Prep systems.

BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: This procurement is for services and incidental supplies necessary to perform onsite and remote services and support for the BD Pyxis, BD Logistics and BD IV Prep systems. All three of these sub-systems work together to interface with the BD Pyxis™ system designed to provide the VA with automated medication dispensing solutions along with pharmacy technologies across the Providence RI VAMC and one CBOC in Massachusetts. While 99% of this requirement is for remote support; if troubleshooting finds that there is a broken part, it will be provided under this requirement. See attached SOW for full details.
