This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a requirement for Expansion of Rodent Testing Capacity using the Davis Rig Gustometer System and the Operant Conditioning Package for mice, including software, for the White River Junction Vermont VA Medical Center.
