Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 1, Regional Procurement Office East intends to negotiate a sole source contract for 6350- Miscellaneous Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems, other than full and open competition will be utilized to award to a small business firm for this procurement under the SAT, IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B).

SUPPLY: The Contracting Activity is looking to acquire delivery and installation of the Code Alert Patient Wandering System (model 9450-8073) solely manufactured and solely distributed by the OEM Small Business, RF Technologies Inc. for White River Junction s Community Living Center. The location of the service will be at White River Junction VA Medical Center 163 Veterans Drive White River Junction, VT 05001-0001.
