The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a requirement of Task Frequency Analysis Cleaning Services for Environmental Management Service in a site-specific defined staffing model at the VA Medical Center in West Haven and Newington, CT. The applicable NAICS code is 541519. The PSC/FSC is H965. The authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b): Soliciting from a single source.
