This is a combined synopsis/solicitation 36C24125Q0301 amendment 0002 with 100% SDVOSB set-aside for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $34 million. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Officer 01 is seeking to purchase the supplies or services described in the following Statement of Work.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation 36C24125Q0301 amendment 0002 notice synopsizing a solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. All interested parties should register via SAM.gov interested vendors list. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor and download amendments from SAM.gov Federal Business Opportunities, which may be issued to this solicitation.

In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, FAR 2.101, and VAAR 802.101, prospective firms must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov), and in VetCert (Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov)) databases prior to award.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR SOLICITATION 36C24125Q0301 AMENDMENT 0002 Question: From additional site visits it appears that some additional WAPs have previously been installed.

Response: The attached list provides all 51 WAPs that the Contractors need to provide.

Question: Are coordination drawings a required submittal.

Response: Yes, the Contractor shall determine the exact routing and location of systems prior to fabrication and installation and submit through fully complete coordination drawings of all trades involved showing any potential problems with proposed solutions. Accurate field measurements and coordination drawings shall be prepared to establish the locations and characteristics of the various systems (new and existing to remain). It is the intent of the drawings/specifications that the Contractor provides all materials, labor and coordination necessary to complete the work described or implied by the contract documents at no additional cost/time to the Government.
