The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with: Jackson Ryan Construction Services, Inc. 1200 Halladay Ave, West Suffield, CT 06078 ueiSAM: NM8QG4293493 The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source Construction Contract for project 631-23-018 Construct MRI Walkway located at the Edward P. Boland VAMC, Central Western Massachusetts Healthcare System, 421 N Main Street, Leeds, MA 01053. This is a new requirement to construct a MRI trailer walkway for the temporary MRI trailer adjacent to Building 1. The project will include an upgrade to the electrical service, lead and asbestos abatement, interior renovations, modifying an existing window into an exterior door, construct a conditioned walkway joining the building to the trailer.

This project will be constructed in phases. Phase 1 is the electrical system upgrade along with interior renovations, phase 2 is the exterior walkway and phase 3 is the exterior walkway tie in. The authority for this action is VAAR 819.7008 Sole source awards to verified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The intent is to procure the products on a sole source basis. No solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The NAICS 236220. The size standard is $45.0 Million. The PSC Z1DZ.
