Purpose The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are sufficient Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and/or Small Businesses to warrant a 100% set-aside for such socio-economic concerns. This notice is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the requirements described below.

Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. If adequate interest is not received by the closing date of this notice, this requirement will not be set-aside. Interested firms must reply in writing, via email to janice.jones@va.gov. This requirement is for Construction Services. The contractor shall provide Construction Management services to abate lead paint and renovate building 67 at the VA Maine Health Care System (Togus) in accordance with the attached scope of work.
