The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:   Aldevra (830063496) 3707 S. Westnedge Avenue Kalamazoo, MI 49008 Unique Entity ID (SAM): WF95AG13LN37 The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center intends to award a purchase order, Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract for (2) Air Innovations Dental Cabinets .

The intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis.  The NAICS 339113.
