Westnedge Avenue Kalamazoo, MI 49008 Unique Entity ID (SAM): WF95AG13LN37 The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center intends to award a purchase order, Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract for (2) Air Innovations Dental Cabinets .

The intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis.  The NAICS 339113. Dental Item Description and Salient Characteristics: Dental is requesting 3 self-contained, fully climate controlled, Sterile Storage Unit. Unit researched and requested is Air Innovations SSC4500DX.
