An invitation for bid will be posted on or about June 14, 2024. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VAMC Manchester, 718 Smyth RD, Manchester, NH, 03104 has a requirement for complete interior demolition of the Third Floor of Building #1, approximately 15,850 square feet will be gutted of all interior construction (including hazardous materials) to the point of exposed and cleaned structure remaining and ready to accept new construction and finishes.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $45 Million. The solicitation is being issued as an invitation for bid under FAR Part 14.
