Amendment 1 removes references to industry day and work samples. These were in there by error. The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is seeking information and sources capable of providing the services described below. The purpose of this notice is to gather capabilities and market information pertinent to acquisition planning.

The responses to the sources sought notice will contribute to determining the method of procurement and identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME This sources sought does not constitute a request for quotes. Submission of any information in response to this sources sought notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
