This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C10X24Q0181 (attached).

This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06, effective May 1, 2024, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). This Solicitation is being competed as a Set-Aside for Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB s).

The NAICS Code is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing and the business size standard is 1,250 employees according to the Small Business Administration s (SBA) Table of Small Business Size Standards.

All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following services: Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Program Maintenance and Licenses See Attachment A Government Responses See Attachment B Updated Performance Work Statement The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Respondents are to quote Firm Fixed Prices in Section B.3, Cost/Price Schedule, of the RFQ. The anticipated Period of Performance will be a (10) month base period with four 12-month option periods. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
