SharePoint and Power Platform Suite - Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General (VAOIG)

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General, intends to award a sole-source contract, in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), VAAR 806.302-570(a) and (c); VAAR 819.7008; and FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(i) Authorized or Required by Statute.

This contract is intended to be negotiated with and awarded to the following SDVOSB: Insignia Technology Services LLC 45150 Russell Branch Parkway, Suite 300, Ashburn, VA 20147 The scope of work is to obtain comprehensive support in project management, business process reengineering, requirements analysis, and expert-level SharePoint (SP) and Power Platform (PP) subject matter expertise.

This includes support from developers skilled in SharePoint architecture and implementation to support Microsoft’s application lifecycle management. The work will focus on redesigning and migrating existing SharePoint on-premises applications to SharePoint Online (SPO) and the Power Platform, including the development and modernization of business processes.

This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one year with one option; and this acquisition is intended to be awarded in September 2024. The NAICS is 541519. The size standard is $34 Million. The PSC is DA10. In accordance with VAAR 819.7008(b), the contracting officer's determination to make a sole source award is a business decision wholly within the discretion of the contracting officer.
