VA OIG Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General, intends to award a sole-source contract, in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), VAAR 806.302.570(a) and (c); VAAR 819.7008; and FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(i) Authorized or Required by Statute.

This contract is intended to be negotiated with and awarded to the following Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB): Standard-Blazar, LLC 9547 Old Creek Dr. Fairfax, VA 22032 The scope of work is for support services for implementation, configuration, and integration of Ivanti branded enterprise products that are FEDRAMP authorized.

The scope includes Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) consultation services, with objectives for Enhanced IT Service Management; Robust IT Asset Management; Improved Security Operations’ Advanced Risk-Based Vulnerability Management; Efficient Project and Portfolio Management; Optimized Facilities Request Management; and Streamlined Human Resources Management.

This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price type contract with a Period of Performance consisting of a twelve (12) month Base Period, and two (2) Option Periods of twelve (12) months each. The NAICS code is 541519. The size standard is $30 million to 150 employees. The PSC is DA10. In accordance with VAAR 819.7008(b), the contracting officer’s determination to make a sole source award is a business decision wholly within the discretion of the contracting officer.
