Q: Many of the items on the Attachment A Price Schedule do not pertain to lights, should we reference N/A?

A: We understand that many components may not match our Referenced Brand. Please propose your System of OR Surgical Lights that meets the intent of this RFQ. If you do not have a corresponding part, NA will be acceptable. If you have a part that is not on the list but required/needed as part of your system, please list your part as outlined in the RFQ. In accordance with Section B Contract Administration/Invoice Instructions, B.7 Acknowledgement and Attachment D Solicitation Provisions, Volume V, acknowledge amendment at time of proposal submission. All other terms within Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice remain the same.
