The online assessment is a managed service for Vocational Research Institute CareerScope at the Columbia, SC Regional Benefit Office is being conducted as a restricted competition in accordance with 41 U.S.C. § 1901, as outlined in RFO FAR 12.102(a) Restricting Competition.
