This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing proposed contract action prior to the issuance of the solicitation. The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking to establish a Contract for a base and four one-year options for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Support Services Division, Roanoke, VA Regional Office The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through GSA E-Buy All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the request for quotes, shall be submitted electronically.
