Loan Guaranty (LGY), Loan Origination and Loan Servicing System, Software as a Service (SaaS), Support Services--Possible Subscription Services

The VBA, Loan Guaranty (LGY), is seeking Loan Origination and Loan Servicing System, Software as a Service (SaaS), Support Services to fully support both the origination of LGY’s current loan types and allow for additional loan type in the future, but to support and allow for the servicing oversite of the anticipated fifty thousand plus VASP loans.

The requirement needed will be a Software as a Service (SaaS) that will focus on both the origination and servicing systems and will provide LGY with fully integrated real time analytics, data analysis, reporting with both prebuilt and customizable reports and can maintain and support all applicable State, CFPB and Federal Lending. The selected awardee will provide all resources to accomplish both the installation, implementation, training, and ongoing support of this effort in accordance with PWS.
