There are drop ceilings in the VARO parking garage storing room. There is an extended ceiling above the drop ceilings. Due to the height of the ceiling, we did not have access to view above the drop ceiling. Has it been determined if the ceiling above the drop ceiling is to be included? No. The area above the drop ceiling was not affected. Are there any photos of the interior of the storage space? Yes, they will be attached to the Amendment. Are there any photos of the location where the dumpster can be placed?

No What is the distance from the room to where the dumpster will be located? Unknown. This will be determined after contract award. Can you post the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet? Yes, attached. Where will we be allowed to place the dumpster? Not in high traffic areas or hinder business flow. This will be determined after contract award. Are we to include cleaning the A/C units that serve the space? No. Existing maintenance contract includes cleaning and changing of filters.

Will the A/C system be able to be shut down during work? If needed. Will there be third party air monitoring clearances and if so, are the costs to be included? This is not a requirement in our SOW.
