The VA intends to make a single (all or none), firm-fixed price award.

Prospective bidders should continue to monitor Contract Opportunities via www.SAM.gov where it is anticipated a solicitation containing the details of this requirement will be posted within the next seven (7) days. To ensure all prospective bidders receive equal access to all information about this notice and subsequent RFQ, all questions will be answered via an Amendment to the RFQ and no further information will be released about the RFQ prior to its posting at SAM.gov.
