NEW: ScriptPro Workstation Windows 11 Upgrade for Battle Creek and Wyoming Pharmacy (VA-26-00039146) (VA-26-00043665)

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center intends to award a Sole Source, firm-fixed-price commercial purchase order to ScriptPro USA, Inc. (ScriptPro), 5828 Reeds Road, Mission, Kansas 66202-2740, for proprietary ScriptPro Workstation Windows 11 hardware and software upgrades, installation, configuration, testing, training, and associated support services for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center and Wyoming VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Michigan.

Based on the market research findings, ScriptPro is the only responsible source capable of meeting VA s requirements for the ScriptPro Workstation Windows 11. This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul VA Deviation 6.103-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

ScriptPro provided a proprietary letter dated January 2, 2026, stating that they are the only vendor that can provide maintenance/updates, as well as modifications and upgrades to ScriptPro systems. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. ScriptPro will directly receive the Request for Quotation directly. Interested parties may submit technical data or capability statements for this requirement solely to demonstrate that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
