8127(c), known as the Veterans First Contracting Program provides the authority to directly contract with a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business or a Veteran-Owned Small Business. In accordance with FAR 5.301(d)(1), this notification is being issued to provide the redacted Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition for this effort.
