IFCAP Testing Envrionment (VA-25-00088106)

On September 26, 2025, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 issued a Firm-Fixed Price Delivery Order NNG15SD34B 36C10B25F0275 to Minburn Technology Group, LLC under the terms and conditions of its National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) NNG15SD34B, and modifications thereto.

The action was solicited on a brand name basis as a Small Business set-aside as the result of Market Research. Through this action, VA procured Brand Name Document Storage Systems, Inc (DSS) Supply Chain Graphical User Interface (GUI) Overlay Above PAR (APAR) and Advanced Prosthetics Acquisition Tool (APAT) application test instance and test maintenance.

The Base Period of Performance (PoP) shall be from September 26, 2025 through September 25, 2026. The Ultimate expiration date, if the option period is exercised is September 25, 2027. The total value of this Delivery Order is $427,432.10. In accordance with FAR 5.301, 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D), and 16.505(a)(4)(iii), this notification is being issued to provide the redacted Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity that approved this effort.
