Columbia ADP - Maintenance Only (VA-25-00094495)

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue a call order under its competitively awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Automated Discharge Planning (ADP) 36C10B21A0001 with Minburn Technology Group, LLC based on its Market Research. This call order is for renewal of maintenance and sustainment of the previously delivered perpetual Commercial Off the Shelf ADP Solution license that was originally procured under this BPA. That license is a brand name About Healthcare Ensocare product.

VA intends to solicit this requirement on August 20, 2025 and projects award on August 29, 2025. VA previously synopsized the requirement under RFI 36C10B23Q0325, which included the requirements for both the perpetual license and ongoing maintenance. If any interested party outside of the BPA provides a quote, the Government will evaluate it. This posting hereby serves as the synopsis of the intended actions as required by FAR 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.
