MATLAB Renewal - New Task Order (VA-25-00021254)

On August 15, 2024, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 issued a Firm-Fixed Price Delivery Order NNG15SD26B 36C10B25F0278 to ThunderCat Technology, LLC under the terms and conditions of its National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Government-Wide Acquisition Contract, NNG15SD26B, and modifications thereto.

The action was solicited on a brand name basis as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside as the result of Market Research. Through this action, VA procured Brand Name MathWorks MATLAB Software Maintenance and Support Renewal. The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be from August 01, 2025 through July 31, 2026. The total value of this Delivery Order is $26,885.58.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.301, 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D), and 16.505(a)(4)(iii), this notification is being issued to provide the redacted Justification for and Exception to Fair Opportunity that approved this effort.
