Censitrac Instrument Tracking V16 Sustainment

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition, and Logistics (OPAL), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey intends to enter into a sole source contract for CensiTrac instrument Tracking for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16 sites.

The TAC intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract with Censis Technologies, Inc. (Censis) located at 830 Crescent Centre Drive, Suite 610, Franklin, Tennessee 37067. The Statutory Authority being utilized is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The period of performance shall be 12 months from the date of the award, plus four 12-month option periods.

The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 518210. The anticipated award date is October 1, 2024. This notification shall close on August 28, 2024.
