The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) has a requirement to renew a brand name Mirantis OpsCare Plus Managed Core Support for Mirantis Cloud Native Platform software license. The Mirantis Cloud Native Platform suite of products includes Mirantis Container Cloud, Mirantis Kubernetes Engine (formerly Docker Enterprise), Mirantis Container Runtime, Mirantis Secure Registry, and Mirantis OpenStack for Kubernetes.

Mirantis OpsCare Plus Managed Core Support includes 24x7x365 phone, web, and email support. In addition, OpsCare Plus includes fully managed remote operations, a designated customer service manager, lifecycle management, monthly and quarterly reviews, roadmap planning, and alert management. The period of performance shall be September 1, 2024 August 31, 2025, for the base year, with two (2) option years. Description Part no.
