IBM Cognos Subscription and Support - New (VA-24-00011241)

IBM Cognos Subscription and Support On May 28, 2024, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 issued a Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Order 36C10B24F0153 to V3Gate, LLC under the terms and conditions of its NASA SEWP V GWAC Contract NNG15SD27B, and modifications thereto. The action was solicited on a brand name basis, as the result of Market Research. Through this action, VA procured brand name IBM Cognos Subscription and Support.

The Period of Performance shall be a Base period of 12-months with four subsequent 12-month Option periods, if exercised. The total value of this delivery order is $1,502,953.25 with $268,290.30 being obligated at the time of award. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.301, 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D), and 16.505(a)(4)(iii)(A), this notification is also being issued to provide the redacted Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity that approved this effort.
