Brand Name LiquiBase Pro Licenses or Equivalent

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Corporate Database (CRP) has a requirement to purchase brand name Liquibase Pro software licenses and associated maintenance or an equivalent product in support of the VBA Corporate Database.

The VA requires a database change management tool that can be integrated into a continuous integration and deployment pipeline, supports use with multiple database environments, provides targeted rollback capability, detects and reports database differences, and supports the development operations workflow by allowing programmatic control of operations during the deployment process.

This would help reduce errors and delays during database releases, increase traceability, and allow accurate revision of database schemas while maintaining a history of those changes.
