D2T1-North Florida-Jacksonville DOM WAN-New (VA-24-00021240) - New Requirement

On May 10, 2023, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 issued a Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Order 36C10B24F0116 to Four Points Technology, LLC under the terms and conditions of its NASA SEWP V GWAC Contract NNG15SD22B, and modifications thereto. The action was solicited on a brand name basis, as the result of Market Research. Through this action, VA procured brand name Cisco and Lantronix Hardware/firmware.

The Period of Performance shall be a 12-month base period. The total value of this delivery order is $13,331.17. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.301, 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D), and 16.505(a)(4)(iii), this notification is also being issued to provide the redacted Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity that approved this effort.
