VA intends to complete a sole source action for a five-month firm-fixed price (FFP) bridge extension to Contract No, 36C10B19C0029, for event management software as a service (EMSS) solution with My Business Matches, Inc 110 Broadway Street, Suite 70, San Antionio, Texas 78205.  EMSS is a customizable, turn-key, user-friendly, mobile ready, web-based, cloud-hosted EMSS solution to support the planning, management, and execution of VA national, regional, and local events.

The EMSS solution addresses VA s need to provide a collaborative event management platform where stakeholders at all levels across the organization have access to timely and accurate information required for planning, management, and enhanced decision-making. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not currently be issued. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the date and time identified in the SAM.gov posting. Written responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement.Â
