FRA SEEKS QUOTATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

(11) P/N R583423141; SWITCH:SPE SP6 R S18 L 28 DS CRYO-CryoMicrowave switch, SP6T config: Ramses series, SMA connectors, DC- 18GHz, Operation Frequency, Latching actuator; 28Vdc Actuator Voltage, D-SUB Male Connector w/ Bipolar Actuator Command or equivalent. Documents to be returned with proposal submittal: 1. RFQ form 356803-JB - highlighted sections completed 2. PUR-466 (Rev 1.)* – Proposal Certification – all applicable sections completed and form signed.

3. SARC Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs (Rev. 3)* – completed and signed. 4. A separate document including any/all exceptions to FRA LLC General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (03.2024)*. Exceptions to FRA Terms and Conditions shall be presented with RFQ submittal. * Not required/applicable if GSA terms are submitted All questions, clarifications and communications shall be made by 01, May 2024 and directed to:
