1% Maximum Pulse Width: 500 us [See data sheet for desired specifications of product - RFP document #5] Basis for Subcontract Award This is a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection. Award shall be made to the supplier who is deemed responsible by FRA, whose proposal is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. FRA intends to award without discussions.
