Intent to Sole Source - Professor Mario Larch

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award award, on a sole source basis, to professor Mario Larch, Suttnerstr 4 Bayreuth, Bayern, Germany 95447., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Professor Mario Larch have developed a Python module (HDFE) for USITC, as the original developer, Dr. Larch is uniquely qualified to provide services that will expand on HDFE's functionality and performance.
