S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Purdue University – 2550 Northwestern Ave, Suite 1900 – West Lafayette, IN 47906-1332 - United States, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement will provide the USITC with expert consultation services and exclusive access to the findings and databases on trade and broader economic data produced by the Consortium. The period of performance is a Base Year and One Option Year: October 01, 2025, through September 30, 2026 for the Base Year. Option Year-One October 01, 2026 through September 30, 2027. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.

The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
