SPECIAL NOTICE Solicitation: 34300024Q0022 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – LIGHTCAST IO NAICS Code 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers PSC DA10 - IT and Telecom - Business Application/application Development Software as a Service The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to Lightcast IO. – 232 N. Almon St. Moscow, ID 83843, United States, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is to acquire a new 4-Year Contract (base plus three option years) for Lightcast Software licenses which will provide a unique software system.

That provides information about millions of current and historical job postings across the United States going back to 2010; it combines this information with proprietary worker profiles and publicly available data to create a unique mapping of supply of and demand for workers with certain skills and responsibilities across the United States that would be beneficial to the US Trade Commission users.

There are no other products or services that offer the same or similar subscription services required by the Commission. The period of performance is one base year, with three (anticipated) 1-year options: May 30, 2024, through May 29, 2027. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.

However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
