S. International Trade Commission (USITC) intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Dr. James Harrigan, Charlottesville, VA, Z6A3WD1J4EN7, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The USITC anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis to Dr. James Harrigan, for specialized economic research development and evaluation of Commission models, databases, and applications. The Base Year would begin October 1, 2024 September 30, 2025, with 1 option period ending September 30, 2026. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.

Interested organizations may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by submitting a capability statement, which will be considered by the agency, within seven days after the date of publication of this notice. Responses to this notice may be sent to Ian Quillman, Contracting Officer, at ian.quillman@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
