International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Robert Feenstra– 2400 Rivendell Lane Davis, California 95616-3058 - United States, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is to purchase advisory services for an economic model development involving the employment impact of trade policy. Professor Fenestra’s assistance will be needed to use the Freight Analysis Framework (FAF) dataset to identify the demand for products at the level of a metropolitan area, with a focus on empirical estimates of how metropolitan employment by broad sector responds to tariff changes.

There are no other products or services that offer the same or similar services required by the Commission. The period of performance is one year: October 1, 2024, and ends September 30, 2025. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
