Notice of Intent to Sole Source - ProjNet license

The U.S. Department of State intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to:

National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS), 2121 K Street NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20037. UEI: HYNHS5VQEFC3 The proposed requirement is for ProjNet licenses which are exclusively provided by NIBS. This is a license renewal allowing continued use of ProjNet and its associated modules. The estimated value for the entire period of performance is $146,000.The period of performance will be for 12 months from date of award. There are no option periods. This is not a request for proposal.

This notice is a notice of intent to sole source only. Award is anticipated utilizing FAR part 12 and 13.5, and under FAR 13, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement by the notice closing date. A copy of the requirement may be requested via email to the Contracting Officer listed below.
