Oil Water Separator Pits Annual Cleaning and Repair

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SINGLE SOURCE ACQUISITION This combined synopsis/solicitation is a sole source acquisition notice for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals/quotes/offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, 2700 F. Street NW, Washington, DC 20566 intends to acquire the following services for a base period and four one-year option periods: 0001 Annual Cleanings on Four Oil/Water Separator Pits - 1 Job Per Pit for a total of four jobs. 0002 Emergency Repair Services - T&M Basis, As Needed Basis 1.00 Lot - To Be Negotiated Contractor to insert the hourly rate for emergency services and provide the basis for the calculation.

This acquisition is an unrestricted solicitation. The solicitation reference number is 33310525Q0005 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document was formally published on SAM.gov as a full and open solicitation. This solicitation document has been updated and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, dated 01/17/2025.

This is a sole-source acquisition to JPG Services, 8280 Stayton Drive, Jessup, MD 20794. See attached redacted sole source justification.
