The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure an Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) system control unit on a sole source to Xylem. The proposed contract action is for parts for which the Government inteds to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 Any questions should be e-mailed to:
